SHIPPING POLICY
Items usually ship out with in 2-5 business of purchasing, please see specified item page for more details. Once your item is packaged, we will send you an email update. There after other updates about your order may be emailed also.
All subscription deliveries will be sent out on the day that you have chosen (once every two weeks, once a month, every two months). Item substitutions can be made up to 5 days before shipment date. Item substitute must be equal to or lesser value. Please send an email at least 5 days prior to the shipment date. Items that are lesser in value will have the remainder of the balance credited to your account via store credit.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Refunds/ Returns

For a full refund of your item, your time must be sent back and unused. Once the item has been received a refund will be credited to your account unless you choose to opt out for store credit.
Exchanges
​
To exchange your item please send an email to blkandles.iq@gmail.com with your preferred item. Must be equal to or lesser value, the remaining balance will be credited to you next purchase (via store credit). Once the item you wish to exchange has been shipped back and received, your new item will be shipped out.
