Refunds/ Returns

For a full refund of your item, your time must be sent back and unused. Once the item has been received a refund will be credited to your account unless you choose to opt out for store credit. 

Exchanges

To exchange your item please send an email to blkandles.iq@gmail.com with your preferred item. Must be equal to or lesser value, the remaining balance will be credited to you next purchase (via store credit). Once the item you wish to exchange has been shipped back and received, your new item will be shipped out. 

* For exchanges and returns, each item must be unused and in its original packaging!

This item usually ships within 2 days of purchasing! Your item will arrive in a box and will be secured with bubble wrap.
